At House of Sabha, each garment is thoughtfully crafted and often tailor-made, making every piece unique. As we do not follow conventional mass production sizing, we encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, measurements, and garment details before placing an order. If you are uncertain about sizing or any aspect of your purchase, we strongly recommend contacting our client services team prior to checkout.

Given the made-to-order and limited nature of our pieces, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges except in the rare instance where an incorrect product has been delivered or where there is a genuine manufacturing defect. Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Claims will not be considered where an incorrect or incomplete shipping address has been provided, where there have been repeated failed delivery attempts by the courier partner, or where a package has been refused upon delivery.

If your order qualifies under the limited exceptions stated above, you must notify us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery, providing your Order Number, a clear explanation of the issue, and supporting images of the garment. Products must not be returned without prior written confirmation from our client services team, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded. Once return authorization is granted and a pickup is scheduled, the garment must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original condition.

b) Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within two (2) days of the date of purchase, provided the garment has not entered production or dispatch. After this period, cancellations will not be possible as each piece is made specifically for you.

c) Shipping

Standard domestic and international shipping is offered as a complimentary service on all orders. For ready-to-ship products, standard domestic delivery typically takes 7-8 business days, while standard international delivery generally takes 7-14 business days. Certain styles are made-to-order, and dispatch timelines for these may vary between 2-4 weeks.

In case You order multiple products in one transaction, House of Sabha would endeavour to ship all products together. However, this may not always be possible due to some product characteristics or logistics issues or the location of seller and You may receive the products separately and at different times. If You purchase multiple products in a single transaction, then all the products would be dispatched to a single shipping address given by You. If You wish to ship products to different addresses, then You should book the orders separately based on the shipping addresses.

In the event, the product package received by You is missing one or more products or accessories or does not include the freebie or the order is partly delivered, You should inform House of Sabha through the Customer Care Team within 2 days of delivery date of the package. Missing products claims will not be accepted after 2 days from delivery date.
